Science Challenge

Science challenge is a class that introduces students to the process of scientific inquiry by having them complete a science fair project.  During this quarter, each student will design and carry out their own science experiment and then create a report and presentation for others to learn about.  In January of 2021, FPD will host a Middle School Science Fair where the student projects completed in Q1 and Q2 science challenge will be displayed and judged by scientists from the community.  The winners of the FPD science fair will then go on to compete in the regional science fair at Georgia College and State University in February of 2021.
